Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Fragrances that have been opened or used
- Jewelry that has been worn or altered
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
How to Start a Return

- We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve it at no cost to you.
